Talk about fucking Bloodborne

Talk about fucking Bloodborne.

Bloodborne was the ultimate refinement of the Souls formula. Sekiro threw the combat concepts ingrained through 5 games to the window and made the player feel like a newbie again. 2 best entries in the series. BB needs no sequel.

I honestly think that Bloodborne is a masterpiece.

I like dark souls better

I like hunting

I fucking love Bloodborne
Pizza cutter/holy sword sword best weapons

Two downsides

>Farming healing items
>Loading times, can't get to another place without going through the hub first

But even with those this is still the best fromsoft game

>expecting a shitpost against Sekiro
>acknowledges how Bloodborne perfected the formula while Sekiro allowed itself to be its own thing, resulting in both being the best 2 entries
Absolutely fucking based.

Sekiro is shit. Parrying barely works half the time if that.

Love this game, hope there's a 2nd one that comes out on PC.

not that user, but I really disliked Sekiro's combat
it felt like an R1 spam rhythm game most of the time and the fact that the bosses would almost always kill you in 2-3 hits is just unfun

I couldn't beat the father / old hunter boss at the start. I rang some chimes and two players(?) came and utterly destroyed him in like two hits and I have no idea what actually happened. Were those human players or NPCs?

I fucking loved it. I rarely play it so I don't get tired and I'm currently working on the platinum. All I need to do is get to queen Yharnam and make some weapon runs.

>Sekiro threw the combat concepts ingrained through 5 games to the window
Because it's a Tenchu game. They were still making good ones just 2 generations ago I don't understand how so few people are familiar with them.

Pick a favorite boss GO!

I died to Ludwig the most out of any boss. I think I was stuck on him for an entire week (I played 6 hours daily). Fuck that rapehorse, he's the best.

the true sequel to Dark Souls 1

Orphan of Kos for sure

Gascoigne
he may be a pushover when you know how to play but the sheer amount of terror he inflicts into new players is fucking amazing, not to mention how he's the most aggressive boss in the whole game in his beast form
also sexy voice

it's one of my favourite game
but i'm tired about talking about the same shit

You just posted it

Anything you'd like to add about him?

I'd rather talk about fucking the doll honestly.

Gehrman, if only because I got stonewalled by him, becase I insisted on fighting him with 20 vit.
I beat him without taking a hit, eventually.

"Parrying" works consistently and it is reliable for even those on the slower scale of reaction times. What happens is, if you bring up your guard and fail to deflect, the next time you try a deflection, you'll have a smaller window of time to suceed in the deflection. Punishes spammers while still being fair and predictable.
>Sekiro is shit.
It is entirely your prerogative to feel that way and there's nothing I can do about it.

Shitposting is too easy, acknowledging a game's strength through arguments is more interesting.

A charmed NG would find the player rarely dying in 2-3 hits if they have the appropriate number of Prayer Beads for the area. While I can definitely relate to the frustration of being deleted in 2 or 3 hits (looking at you, Juzou), it's not really a common occurence in NG if you manage your Posture bar correctly, since there's no chip damage to factor in. Unless you're dealing with Headless, but those aren't bosses.

I am unfamiliar with Tenchu games, what can you tell me about them?

i just got the game a couple months ago and i love it. i havent played the dlc yet because i want to beat all the main game bosses first and i keep getting my ass handed to me by Rom. does anyone have some advice?

I'd rather talk about fucking Lady Maria instead.

The objectively correct answer.

>does anyone have some advice?
Have you tried hitting Rom?

HOW DO I FUCK IT?

The best video game ever made

She should be left well alone.

Prepare the lube for moonlight

no don't do that!
you'll get splinters on ur pp

I wish the entire game was the quality of the DLC. I like the main game well enough, but it just blows it out of the water completely.

put it on PC

Sekiro made it obsolete along with the Dark Souls

German installed a fleshlight, it's all cool.

>I wish the entire game was the quality of the DLC.
I am glad it isn't, because all the DLC areas are shit.

research hall is the best area in the game in my opinion

>BB needs no sequel.
Correct.

sekiro is barely even slightly similar to either

Ignore the spiders. Just run away, wait for them to come to you, then run up to Rom, hit him around 3 times, then run away
If you're close to him he may do a short AoE blast which will hit you unless you run the fuck away the second he starts channelling it OR he might do a shitty spell which summons ice shards
in a circle around him but they wont hit you if you just stay close to him. These spells have different animations, just memorise them and abuse the shitty shards attack
Also, the meteor attack is dodged by just running diagonally

She's so cute but she's used goods unfortunately.
Crying shame

>one weapon

Lady Maria for waifu. Ophan of Kos for that aborted fetus aesthetic.

>Demons' Souls
>Dark Souls
>Bloodborne
>Soulborne
>Soulborne 2
>Soulborne: Revengeance

only played the base game because
>PSnow
Micolash and The One Reborn are my favorites

>when Gehrman prompts you to "use" her

should it please you

I prefer Sekiro but it's a completely different style of game. You're comparing apples with oranges.

I've owned this game for like 4 years but can't force myself to play it. Why?
