Every level felt like an ice level for some reason and I didn't like it.
I get it was to have some combat/justify switching to the right character to deal with the right enemy, but I also hated the fact that enemies had health bars.
I like the idea of the zones themselves, but every team going through them in the same exact order just made 4 playthroughs feel way longer than it should have been, even if they played different sections of the level/had a different objective.
What I'm Made Of is the king of '00s sonic buttrock though.

dumb character switching gimmick that almost feels like the natural evolution from SA2's already terrible decision to make you play levels from the three playstyles in a narrative order rather than a gameplay-focused one, terrible level design for the most part, the fact that you have to play through it four times and do the dogshit worst special stages in the entire franchise to reach the final boss, HP bars for the enemies to name a few reasons.
