Nintendo appeals to kids because their games have bright colour graphics and inoffensive content.
Nintendo also appeals to adults because adults just want to play fun and engaging unpretentious games and Nintendo generally make the best video games in the world - design and craft which can only be appreciated by an educated adult mind.

Of course I won't do it. I am not insecure to prove anything. I was a lanklet for a long time. Medical nutrition drinks helped me (I can get them for free) so when I am full and can't stuff myself more I drink one just to push it. Now I have 200 lbs, still not my desired weight but exercising with my own weight and eating healthy (meat + vegetables) helped a lot.
