In spite of not liking sci-fi or mechs I enjoyed Titanfall 2. In spite of really liking classic Doom I didn't like new Doom though.

Meh World War 2 is boring. There might be something yet untouched. Like playing a whole game as a german against ally invasions or playing as a partisan but overall its stale.
I would like something more creative. Something set in napoleonic times for example.

Invasion of Russia in 1938 is still easy modo, declare war on them after the Great Purge and look as they grind all of their manpower with massive organisation debuff into your seemingly weak army

Task Force Admiral looks interesting, however a simulation 1942 carrier battles is going to be niche, especially since it does not have direct control of planes or ships.

The dynamic events of PS with the social component really make it feel like an adventure. It's like you're in a fucking movie. Sure there are rounds where it's "just" a good game, but then those who are truly epic will stick with you. Haven't got this from many games at all, maybe Tarkov but PS is wayyyy more chill

I wish the playerbase actually voted on different maps. Game was a fucking blast, but it's tiring to see another game of Allies not being able to capture the first objective of Dog Red, third objective of Crete, and not to mention that German area flamer being bugged and potentially crashing the game. Back in the day I was probably the only person using it and it massively helped to capture the second point of Dunkrik.

Also hopefully TFA has some interesting alternate scenarios like

>what if Yorktown wasn't available for Midway
>what if Enterprise wasn't available for Santa Cruz Islands
Among many other possible variants
