Because it wasn't made by white people

Sekiro is a glorified rhythm game.

that filters souls players

>Why?
Because at its core . . .

It's simple and hard in a FAIR way. It's like a classic NES game with a new coat of paint and some new bells and whistles.

NES simplicity + NES difficulty + slightly modernized game balance + atmosphere = kino.

Because Miyazaki and his team had a vision and made the game THEY wanted to make

Not twitter or faggot American college students

Life is a rhythm game.

You do know that rhythm games are insanely difficult and perhaps one of the most difficult genres?

My friend who played Sekiro started to think it actually is a rhythm game, and he loved it

Why Nioh will never be as popular, despite being a good game in its own right. Nioh is a great game for autists.

Because muh japanese samurais

Because nioh is shit

>Why is Sekiro such a good fucking game?
I think it's a good action game, sekiro doesn't do much fucking at all though
not even with rice lady

>ninja

You don't play as a samurai

I want to see more games like this. Simple and really hard (at first) with some fun customizables, but not too much piled-on horseshit.

That's why it's good. Simple and hard and polished.

>play music for life
>tried Sekiro
>get immediately filtered
>tfw no rhythm
I die a bit inside still

Nigger

>he hesitated
oh nonono

That's a little girl, user

Everyone else in the game is a samurai

Didn't like it purely because no fashion souls

Explain

If I like dark souls will I like sekiro ?

You can fashion with mods

I love Mikiri counter. Dodging into an attack feels good because you need some reflexes and you need to fight the urge to dodge away from the attack

It's a different game, it's not like playing dark souls and asking if I will like Bloodborne.
Almost none of the things that were apparent in dark souls and BB are in sekiro.

It's up to you, read some reviews, check out some videos about the game.
But for me, it's my favorite Fromsoft game after bloodborne

Mikiri counter is way too broken

Really showing that you don't understand rhythm when you believe that just because you can keep a beat that you can instantly master every rhythm
