Rebellion owns the rights- given they did Dredd vs Death and also own 2000 AD as a whole since the early 2000s- but they don't seem capable of much more than Sniper Elite rehash DLCs these days.
DvD starts out solid (even if ammo management is a clusterfuck, I'm still not entirely sure what half the HUD means) but late game becomes a slog of using Hi-Ex and salvaged Lawrods against endless zombies. The voice acting and fanservice is top tier, though.
