Discovery is so bad I'm not even going to include it.
Picard was pure kino. High episode quality. What really bogs done Star Trek is the high number of shitty episodes (really hurts TNG, and Voyager is obviously mostly shitty episodes). ToS has a high average episode quality, because it lacks the terrible episodes, but also doesn't have as many killer episodes.
Picard didn't have bad episodes. It was all engagement all the time. I don't give a shit if it doesn't qualify for whatever "Star Trek" is.
