Not quite a similar setting but Spider-Man PS4 is probably the closest game since to have that feeling of just flying around a city and beating shit up.

Any auto-save might get replaced but you can manually save as often as you like AFAIK. Also, you can just fucking back up your saves indefinitely anyway using the PS4 and a USB stick.

None. Gravity Rush was a flawed but unique and soulful game and thats why Sony hates it and tries to forget about it in favor of pushing their cinematic third person shooters.
