Dragons Dogma

I beat the game yesterday, the last quarter of the game was insane.
I still have to digest the whole thing, especially the ending.

Thing is though I completely forgot about bitter-black isle and didn't even know something like the Ur-Dragon exists, luckily NG+ allows instant entry to both of these things.

What is your favorite vocation?
Which vocation is best for a pawn?
What's the Ur-Dragon weak to?

You were fooled by Zig Forums the game is shit and I will explain why:

>No indication of where roads lead
>No hint to what enemies are weak to
>No hint of when enemies are alone or in groups
>No warning to avoid status effects
>No clue to which items are masterworks

I don't know how people defend this game.

Time for Bitterbutt Isle

>Assassin and Warrior
>Warrior
>Holy and damage

Every time i read that first line and get pissed off and ready to defend the game like the princess it is, only to read the next line and feel silly...

I always thought it's "Wolves hunt in pack, Arisen" but it's just "Wolves hunt in packs".
It just sounds wrong without the Arisen though

How do you defeat the giant, chained gorecyclops?
He takesa no damage and instakills everyone.

I'm glad you liked it, I absolutely adore the ending, although the Seneschal is pretty much a dumb boss fight. If you can even call it that. But all that shit that you can do at the end in order to learn more about the world and cosmology.
>can't beat the Seneschal
>there was this self-kill dagger
>kill myself, thinking I'm the smart
>mfw the cutscene

>What is your favorite vocation?
Ranger.
>Which vocation is best for a pawn?
My favorite pawns were ranger and sorcerer.
>What's the Ur-Dragon weak to?
... packs?

Strength in numbers, Arisen.

Grind better gear. It will still take forever to take one down. You can try torpor and poison, or simply attack the head.

You play a sorc and bombard it with massive spells of destruction from a safe distance

What was she like? I don't even know her name...

Hit it until it dies.

>godsbaning for dragonblood because I don't want to use BBI armor, but want resistances
Exactly 50 minutes of my life.
And I learned that to block BBI big monster attacks, you seem to actually need a post-game/BBI shield and it needs to be upgraded until it gets "improved blocking". I was being hopeful that gold rarifying an earlier actually good looking shield would work, nope.

I'm still upset that I will NEVER EVER play DDON.

Grind for master rings, they can hit up to 90 in every resistance.

I give Mercedes the ring.
Grigori kidnaps Selena.
In the end Madeleine is there for me at the beach.

Being a father-figure for Selena is okay but anything more gets weird quick. The Dragon kidnapping her was okay but rolling around with her in the camp was strange. That's a daughteru for hugs not a waifu for fucks.
Having Madeleine in the end is nice though, she's very good looking and seems fun and engaging, I do miss my she-goat though. She just disappeared forever.
Also next time I'm making a male pawn with my male arisen, having a my female pawn inherit my body to be with Madeleine was also kinda weird. Next time it's gonna be my bro who's getting the hot blonde inherited

The wiki says her name is Cecily. I never played ddo though so I don't know anything about her.

But not +25% to everything, which for me caps most of the worst resistances, and gives at least a tiny chance against others.

>What is your favorite vocation?
Mystic Knight, Fighter and Sorcerer.
>Which vocation is best for a pawn?
Whichever suits your class. Or Ranger if you just want damage

Bros, wtf is the point of Mystic Knight? Every time I try playing this vocation it's fucking shit. Been trying to kill this gazer for like 30 mins. I hate this Great Cannon spam.

Then don't use great cannon.

Remember to go offline during NG+

It's just a shit fighter then.

Why?

Just for the end.

If DD2 doesn't have the new Vocations from Online I'm gonna be big mad. Alchemist was so fun.

God I miss DDO...

You got Stone Grove, various counter skills, Abyssal Anguish, Sky Rapture, Ruinous Sigil and staff skills.

Did they take down all the online artbooks? I can't find them in the usual places

Even in numbers, a weakling is a weakling still!

>turn my burly warrior into an elf boy
Hmmm. Yes.

If you have the Steam version, it's in the game folder.

shilling my Pawn, shill yours so others can rent them.
I started leveling warrior and put my former strider weapons / ring to my pawn and he wrecks serious ass now. Clout + Vehemence + Eminence + Brain Splitter, he stronk.
