I suspect that her having worked with autistic children all her life she would see the benefit in treating and caring for someone with autism appropriately, so I highly doubt she’d allow me to continue through life struggling with it and not getting the necessary support.

Yeah but not in a game. I watched a documentary on backyard wrestling years ago and they all jump through tables and cut themselves up etc. I remember that it ended quite sadly because there were 2 brothers, I think, and one of them used to beat the other one very badly when they were younger and he did backyard wrestling to remind him of it or something to get closer to him
