Is there any way of checking how long this sale will last? Also posting if anyone's interested in the game - I think this is a good bargain
Mankind Divided Sale
>he hasn't already got this
based redditard
One of the best stealth games.
Get it with Human Revolution if you haven't already
Come on user, send your friend a gift, it's super cheap.
oh wait he's actually buying the DLC lmao OH NO NO NO STEAMBROS
store.steampowered.com
Criminal Past was good though and so were the new augs.
I used to be the biggest PC game fag on the planet, today it is so difficult to simply run a PC game at full screen on a second monitor that i just buy everything on consoles.
The game is worth 6 euros anyway
I fucking loved this game, probably my favorite game in years. Not only does it tingle my cyberpunk autism in all the right places, but its the closest feeling game Ive played in forever that resembles classic games like Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines or the original Deus Ex. The small, but highly detailed, open world hubs that feel very real and lived in and teeming with personality, and where you can enter any building or room, interact with just about everything, and explore every nook and cranny. Very detailed and well done. And great side quests too. The cyberpunk ghetto hub level was probably the best hubs Ive seen in a decade, especially if youre a cyberpunk fan. Get it man, you wont regret it at all.
I love both the original Deus Ex and Human Revolution so this is great to hear. Did you play any of the Shadowrun games?
It's also for sale on PS4 right now. Coincidence?
>Uses Denuvo
Not even worth $6.75. Rather pirate so I don't have to install shitty DRM.
I think it's on GOG too.
You are right, though there are two important questions.
1. Why is it not on a discount on GoG?
2. Why can't Square Enix update the Steam version to remove Denuvo, if it has already been cracked and they are selling the Denuvo-Free version on GoG?
I heard rumors Denuvo was patched out of the steam release, but I can't confirm it.
Just pirate it, don't give valve a cent.
If it has been patched out, it sure as hell hasn't done a damn thing to the load times
Yep, I have Shadowrun Hong Kong on my computer right now :D
What's it like, I've been meaning to get into those games too. I love classic isometric games and everything futuristic or cyberpunk like instantly draws me towards itself
Why would it? Is that how you tell if a game has denuvo? Load time? Dumbass. the game was built for an SSD.
It's a good game. I enjoyed it
I bought this game last sale. For like 5 dollers. Refunded when i saw the frase "subs lives matter" glad this shit is on ice.
Very comfy. Combat isnt the best, but not horrible still, but the lore is top notch catered specifically for cyberpunk autists. It reminds me a lot of older video games that were made by nerds for nerds, they take their cyberpunk lore very seriously. Give it a go man, youll like it.
It's satire user.
Mankind Divided goes on sale for very cheap nearly once a month, so it doesn't really matter, you wouldn't have to wait long if you missed it.
I don't mean to hi-jack, but is this Human Revolution: Director's Cut good?
No, that's not how you tell if a game has Denuvo. Denuvo just adversely affects the speed at which games load their data because of how Denuvo anti-tamper works.
iirc there's a way you can run the debug .exe from the Steam release that doesn't have Denuvo, the GOG version requires Galaxy in order to play the DLC so you actually need to download Deus.Ex.Mankind.Divided.Digital.Deluxe.Edition.PROPER-PLAZA if you're going to pirate it.
the director's cut is a downgrade in some ways and an upgrade in others
I don't think the original is available for sale any more
Buy it you FUCK, it's an excellent game nad deserves it's sequel.
Compared to original HR
>improved boss fights
>somewhat less yellow due to popular demand
>textures downgraded for WiiU parity
It has a developer commmentary mode which I thought was pretty cool. The reworked bosses are interesting but not really necessary.
I beat it in like three days and the only pauses I took were the ones where I ate or slept. I really enjoyed it and will soon get all the trophies. It has so many callbacks to the original that at times it felt like an HD expansion with a different character
a good price for manure, if you're in the market for eating literal shit
It also has the DLC mission as part of the campaign. MD would have been a better game if it did the same thing.
MD Director's Cut when.
This is not Sigma compared to NGB levels of bad right? Am I paranoid?
>I think this is a good bargain
I bought it at full price on launch and enjoyed it. It's not the best deus ex entry but it's definitely worth $5 and it's a shame it flopped so hard.
...Sigma is great. It's Sigma 2 that's fucked.
It's Sigma compared to NGB, but not Sigma compared to II.
Still too expensive for what is it.
Tiny hub, not enough diffrent levels, subquests where you have to go in all corners of the small map, only one boss (end of the game)...
And it's a treason of the franchise because woke developpers always hint you on what is "bad" and what is "good" (tltr: augmented people are the new trannies and it's "gooooooood").
The title is also poorly optimized, the DirectX 12 mode has better lighting but provokes a huge loss in performance and many visual bugs NEVER fixed.
The only good thing in the game is a level in a bank, which looks like levels in the very first game.
Otherwise, that game is the last nail in the coffin of the franchise.
Don't buy that.
It was for a fiver on the ps4 too and I bought it.
I hope it's a fun game.
*Sigma 2 compared to II
It's alright.
Piss fetishists enjoy the original version for some odd reason.
Aside from being a bit gray at times, the DC is the better version of Human revolution.
It's the best version of the game so yes.
I'd say it's decent for the price. Human Revolution is better overall because it's a more complete package. Mankind Dvided ends rather abruptly because, from what I understand, the game was basically planned to be sold in parts to maximise the money, but after MD didn't meet the over-inflated sales expectations the rest of the story and DLC was canned.
But gameplay wise it's as good, if not better, than Human Revolution. I couldn't comment on level design as it's been too long since I last played for me to remember.
