The show is completely real. How do I know? Check out any of the games that Arino completely bombs like F-Zero X. He never unlocked any extra tracks, or beat anything other than the first three leagues on the easiest difficulty. It was incredibly frustrating to watch. They could have easily staged some fake footage with ADs beating things but they didn't. Easily the worst episode simply because you're seeing Arino make zero progress.

There's 300 eps, you don't need to see them all and only half are subbed anyways. Stuff like really super hard games, horror games, and adventure games, tend to be the most fun. My faves are Clock Tower, Nosferatu, and the Quiz episodes.

I doubt Zig Forums would care about this show.
Doing it legaly is actually rather a chore. Most streamers exist in a legal grey zone and all their contnet can be struck down immediately if the game makers wanted to. Also, the show started in 2003 so it predated all these internet shows. It thus gained a big following before the rise of streamers.

Well if there was such a show it wouldn't be something you see on broadcast TV. It would probably be a netflix or hulu tv show, then it would be heavily sponsored with current gen companies. What makes Kacho special is the dude just goes out to random stores and buys games he thinks looks neat, you can't really do that in America because the older gen market is so fucked due to people thinking hit like Barbies Island adventure for the ps2 should cost 70 dollars for no reason.
