Same haha. I love the stereotypes they use. Apparently Westerners are usually thought of as having big and wide faces. DD Hokuto no Ken has a Westerner have a big ass face here to parody this common image. The actions that he does are bit on the dummy side so it also invokes a "haha this Westerner has a big face and is a dummy" vibe which really makes it hilarious.

I'm pretty sure that the Japanese know, but it's such a staple now that they still like that trope. It's kind of like how the West has the average Japanese man appear as a either a strong man with the personality of a samurai or an average salary man with black hair and tanned skin, even though they can have other skin tones and natural hair colors.
