I was browsing fallout forums and apparently Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 are the worst games in the series. How come? I thought they were great. And how tedious can isometric games compare? What are the good games in the series even supposed to be?

How is the gameplay a slog? Punch something in the eyeballs and it'll explode.
I do think FO1 is a much more concise game, with a darker theme and the time limit helps in this however 2 is still really good.
