its very good because the story was written by some competent old white guy decades ago

but as the other user said, it has a few flaws, and most concern the kind of seething weirdos in its fanbase

What's the best high charisma build?
I've been meaning to replay this and want to do a very hardcore run with companions so charisma is a must in order for them to survive
Who should I use?
Rex is a no go because he'll run into mines and set off traps while running up to enemies
Cass is a no go because she sucks except for close range which should be avoided, even in combat armor she's no match for a deathclaw
Basically EDE + one more, Veronica or Boon perhaps?
