Let's assume he woke up at 8am and spent an hour getting ready before getting the train at 9am. Going to bed at midnight would allow for 8 hours sleep. Being home at 7pm then would allow 5 hours time to play games. Stop being a low energy loser.

if there's anything that covid taught us it's that there's no reason for 90% of jobs to have a physical location and the only reason employers have you show up to work is so they can exercise power over you as their indentured servant and keep you in line. it's even been proven multiple times that workers who work from home are like 80% more productive.

Have you tried working out? Force yourself to if you must, funny thing about getting in shape is that despite the temporary consumption of energy, in th long run it increases the stamina bar allowing sleep to fill more energy to use during the day. trust me dude just do it. Even if its hard.

It's all habits. This used to apply to me, now I work 7-17, go to the gym, go home and cook dinner and then play games.

People "not having the energy" just doesn't want to do it but can't put it into words why.

Depending on the form of vidya shitting and pissing is trivial to solve, but on things like pc you can have streaming play set up to a laptop or tablet.

Try having a more active job, where you are not sitting down all day or get some regular exercise. Someone under 40 really shouldn't be complaining of being tired all day.
