Who here excited for fallout 4 new vegas? i know it's a long wait ahead but they are working on it...

Even though 4 has higher graphic fidelity, it has an inferior art-style. I legitimately don't want this.

I'd prefer a total remake or a Special Edition style touch up with restored/cut content.

i am really nostalgic about oblivion, but can't play it, even with tons of mods. animations, combat, visuals anything that can't be fixed by replacing textures and meshes are what makes me unable to enjoy it as much as i did as a teen.

Well, it's still new Vegas with a 4 engine, either it's going to get a lot of good mods on top of it, or it's going to be a novelty, as people played new Vegas already

i believe that unironically they are. and with the goal of them becoming completed actually visible on the horizon, they might get released sooner than later. too much has been done for them to fail. people will also want to cash in on the fame as well, especially since it's not just some fantasy anymore, like it was when some dude thought 'hey, let's make oblivion but in skyrim'.

Fallout 4 can support higher framerates and junk without an intolerable amount of finangling so i'm mostly excited for that
