Weird as it is she might still be a virgin, or at least hasn't slutted it up as much as her age and appearance suggests. Honestly Manaketes are the most interesting concepts in FE and I wish they were explored in depth more. How they're living with humans now and now perceiving time at the same rate we do, yet live 100x longer. And as a result they often go insane, though if they stayed as dragons they'd go insane even faster from dragon degeneration.

Actually, Nowi is one of the more mature manaketes since she wasn't forced to sleep like Tiki or live isolated like Fae. Considering that a good amount of her life she lived as a slave and might have been forced to constantly travel, she definitely has a lot of life experience and she explicity says that her playful and childish behavior is just a way of acting. Nowi is also the one who provides wisdom to Tiki of all people about manakete longevity and how she should cherish the time and she has with her friends and the memories from them, instead of mourning their loss all the time.

And you can bet she loves Nah so much.
