considering the fact that in most story the only rules are you can't wish to kill someone, bring them back to life, make them fall or wish for no wishes. at no point does it talk about wishing to remove the rule, or wishing for infinite genies, or wishing for any object which has no limitations. the classic genie rules have a lot of loop holes which i wanted to show here
