If biggs can survive, so can jessie. Jessie got so much expansion, and they made a huge note she worked at the golden saucer for a bit. Im certain you will see she recovered and decided to return to the saucer as a tour guide or some shit in part 2. I bet she might even be an actor on stage if that scene makes it into the remake.

in Dirge of Cerberus he wanted to kill Gaia, ride the lifestream of the planet to the mega lifestream of the galaxy and infect it with geostigma, enslaving the souls of the galaxy and making him an omnigod
