Looking at Digital Foundry's video analysis, you have the choice of a stable 30fps or unlocked framerate that edges close to 60. Resolution will more than likely go lower, but it'll still be better on PS3/Switch.

Mafia 2 always had a strong art direction and looked nice, SR3 always looked like retarded garbage and some upped textures aren't going to change that.
That said, the Mafia 2 remaster has a ton of bugs, some even present in the original.
