I have heard many people saying that JewTube is holding a larger portion of the video income than it is agreed upon and scums creators. Also, that the algorithm is really fucked up and the occasional copyright from music and the like is a dangerous minefield. Many people advice for Twitch instead to make the real money and YT to advertise yourself.

It's going pretty slow, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far:
I have two videos that have over a 100 views, two videos that have almost 90, and even without linking or shilling my videos to anyone- I get about 25-35'ish views just from them existing with decent retention. I know that doesn't sound very impressive, but it's extremely encouraging to me.

I do "something you listen to while you do something else" videos that are basically audio/glorified scripted podcasts/essays talking about video games, traditional game tropes/world building, and hopefully at some point I'd like to cover anime. I'm proud to say it's a one man job and that I do everything: recording, audio editing, to drawing the title cards.

Looking in my Youtube Foulder my next possible vids could be on:

Despite my slow work pace, I do actually write/plot multiple videos at the same time, but with little viewer input it can be difficult to decide what to focus on.
