It's pretty weak, the second half is literally just one enemy type that shits bullets over and over, and doesn't stop at any point in the screen making it hard to do if you don't kill them all which is a monumental task to manage as any shot type (and I use Mima). Alice herself has a pretty distracting background with the zooming pentagrams, and rapid fire bullets in PC-98 are always annoying to deal with due to limited horizontal space.
That said Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite tracks in the series and Grimoire of Alice is also a jam, and I love the aesthetic of it all.
