It's almost confirmed she's Not-Stella from the Verum Rex trailer. The reason Sora knows Yozoras name is because it's the name the Star whispered to him. "He's (Yozora) been changed beyond recognition, his heart replaced with another's" the back of the Verum Rex box art says "Reclaim your Heart". It's pretty much confirmed to be "Versus except it's not called Versus"
