Previously people were asking about the level of detail underwater. Here's an idea of what the deeper parts look like. The shallow areas are inside the city and are basically full of trash, both floating and in the bottom.

It didn't bother me during gameplay at all. Not sure if there's a setting for that. It only gets that close to your face when you're Mega-sized. Here's tiny shark for early game for comparison.
To make that webm I equipped all the speed enhancements, maybe that's what makes it weird? You don't wiggle that fast otherwise.

Shadow is fucking terrible, I wore it to make that webm and I almost died being attacked by a regular Lv30 Orca.I had to run away and use the gay ranged attack until it bottom upped.

I played Bone first run, Shadow now on second run and finding it a lot more fun.
Time Magic shark is great and I love the stacking aoe debuffs as well.
It's also amuzsng to see whole packs of hunters all immediately drown from the poison.

This game is extremely half baked, they clearly didn't finish and rushed it out. I hit max level and size by the halfway point at most so I spent at least half this game with no more leveling to do and very little to actually achieve. Stopping at level 30 and only 30 feet is a huge disappointment, I want to be a proper 50 foot long Megalodon. Also, there are enemies that are higher level so it makes no sense and blatantly gives away that they cut content and just didn't bother to change that.

you must suck at this game then. my first (completionist) run was done with shadow. shadow is basically cheat like. killed the last 3 hunters and final boss just with stacked poison dot didn't really even fight them; the last apex was simple too, just tail whipped it to death and let the poison do its damage.
