I think I used CS for it.
I've seen people waste a CS AND meter to do a 22C > 5[C] anywhere on screen. Doesn't do shit but it kind of looks cool.

Seems controller prices in general have skyrocketed thanks to it. Likely an importation / manufacturing problem. I've got a fightpad coming in the mail that could be anywhere between a few days to 4 weeks since it's coming from EU and there are no NA sellers/online retailers at reasonable prices.
