Difficulty settings or new game plus would fix a lot of the problems I have with the game. Also trainers not have a full team after like the fourth gym is dumb.

I enjoy Pokemon and honestly think gen 8 is better than anything since gen 5 because of the raid/dynamax mechanics. I know it's popular to shit on Pokemon but they're closer to having a good thing than most realize.

Little Town Hero shows that it can't be saved. GameFreak is by far the most incomptent AAA developer to ever exist. They just lucked into the biggest franchise of all time.

Look at the ashnime, they had the philosophy that ass ketchup would never win a league but the kalos fiasco actually made them start to lose revenue which sent them into panic and full damage control mode by eating his own words and actually making him win a league. So a pokemon game needs to actually flop in order to make GF put effort again.

Slow down on making new Pokemon, quality over quantity, touch upon ideas or type combinations that haven't been utilized yet, I'd rather take 30 well designed, useful, and unique new Pokemon over 70-90 meh Pokemon that fall into the same archetypes like early route bird/bug/rodent. Also touch up older Pokemon that have gone ignored or underutilized.

I was already turned away by USUM and LGPE nearly drew the final nail, but wanted to see at least how Gen 8 would turn out. Don't regret a thing. But I can at least appreciate them wanting to fill in this skeleton of a game with some extra content via DLC. If only said content was attached to a better product.

3. Make the battle system real time like PokePark did
4. Make it slightly more mature like it used to be back when it was more popular
5. Fire everyone at Gamefreak and let Hal take over.
6. Hold a vote where everyone who bought S&S gets to vote on their most hated Pokemon, and then remove them. Make sure to ignore the troll votes for Pokemon like Mewtwo
