A cool shop or two, maybe replacing that shit building on the left there thats the trainstation, and have the entrance not up a flight of stairs thats far from the street.
Why would people even come here to gamble when there’s nothing to spend their winnings on?
Just move the train station bit or make it inaccessible, its literally useless other than as a mode of travel for npcs lore wise anyway, and idk if the player caj use it

There’s a mod for that called Open Strip. It’s pretty great, even adds back cut content.
Has to be cleaned though.
