clr is a balance patch.
Lond is DLC so if you don't want to play him, clr is free. Or at least was, I think the free update period is over.

CLR was a bunch of balances and a character. It was a free upgrade for [ST] owners but the new character needed to be purchased. I think the new character comes along with buying UNICLR directly though.
