2.0 baby edition that came out last summer also let's you customize your sprite and even it's color. I like going around and LARPing as Blue, it's awesome.

I don't. I've denounced the game since the very minute they announced every Pokemon wasn't returning on the Treehouse stream. I've managed to do my part to convince 7 different people to not buy it.
They did, you retards just generalize everyone as dexits regardless of what they were criticizing because they happened to be the loudest.
99% of complaints were focused on dexit, a completely meaningless issue while the game had a thousand very real problems. It's the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

It was just dexit, complaints not about dexit were just indirectly complaining about dexit since other problems with the game are present in every other game in the series or don’t really matter. Pokemon games are kids games that can be deep for adults only if you play the multiplayer, I’ll never understand these people who keep buying them wanting an adult RPG single player adventure. I easily got my money’s worth several times over playing against other people in doubles.

like good environments or basic dungeons. or literally all the other things they fucked up, INCLUDING the multiplayer.
Both issues were intertwined though. modern pokemon games were generally mediocre but gamefreak could at least consistently bring back every mon. With swosh they failed to do so, under the pretense of improving other aspects of the game, only to not deliver on all fronts. Dexit constantly gets brought up along with the other complaints because gamefreak's excuse for it turned out to be bullshit anyway
