A player can design a videogame female (or "waifu") that will cater to his desires and fantasies in every way. He can devote many hundreds of hours further into training her to be strong or intelligent or athletic or wise, he is directly responsible for her health, wealth and success within her world. However, whatever sexual desires the man feels for his "waifu" can never be acted out. At best, he can instruct the videogame avatar and masturbate to her movements and undulations in private. He can never personally bring her pleasure, or her to him. The only entities that can interact with the female are in fact, other entities within her world. Thus, the cuck is left watching as his waifu gets excited by, is attracted to and ultimately pleasured by fictional video game males who are nevertheless superior to him.

In many sad cases, the cuck will modify his videogame to enhance the ability of other digital males to use his "waifu" by fucking her in all her holes and generally using said "waifu" to enhance their own ficitional pleasure. The ONLY pleasure that the cuck can experience is associated with the humiliation of knowing that the character he has invested so much time and effort into will look to others to give and receive pleasure.
