CDPR couldn't even handle a generic TPS sword hack and slash combat system. The fact that people expected them to handle FPS combat with insane verticality, stealth and melee is pretty hilarious not gonna lie

"RPG elements" is underselling it. Games nowadays are marketed as having "RPG elements" if you earn XP to level up. CP2077 has different character builds, open ended mission structure, dialogue options, and a branching narrative.

It may be fun to actually play. Deus Ex HR looked really bad when watching gameplay videos, but playing it yourself was a totally different experience. I think The Witcher series is pure jank and don't have too much faith in Cyberpunk, but given the aims of the title I think the thing could be much better when played yourself.
