I'm a skeptic because I've been destroyed by the paper Mario betrayal games as of late. This game is good user, it has crazy 64 vibes. Don't expect a TTYD masterpiece. It has soul, art is a little meh but it plays more like the first two paper Mario games than anything Nintendo could ever do.

No I will never buy a paper mario because I'm spiteful towards the entire series. The way I look at it, we had Super Mario RPG, an amazing Square+Nintendo RPG, one of the best on the SNES. But Nintendo were faggots and didn't want to have to share the $$$ with Square again so they went solo with Paper Mario. So, as long as Paper Mario exists, Super Mario RPG never will, so I will never support that shit series. Paper Mario is nothing but an extremely watered down version of Super Mario RPG, it's garbage.

The thing I liked about South Park Stick of Truth is it had Paper Mario combat but had all the characters and humor from South Park instead of Mario characters and humor.
But Fables is just bugs with Paper Mario combat.
