Otherwise, simply due to the fact that Sony will actually have console exclusives, you should just get a PS5

Microsoft has a pattern of launching strong with a shit ton of actual games but then they fizzle out after a year or two and then stagnate for the rest of the gen. Anything worthwhile will get ported over.

I would think consider jumping ship if they standardized 60fps. as of right now the only way i can guarantee 1080p60 is with a pc.

That's not the point. PC is objectively the better platform, no matter what some of these retards think. So if I can play the newest 343 Shitshow on my computer, than I have no reason to buy an Xbox. You can't play P5 or Bloodbourne on PC, however, so you're forced to get a Playstation for it.

I'll probably get one if only to play ninja gaiden black and other og xbox and 360 games you cant emulate and are exclusive still. Almost got an xbone X for this same purpose but held off

I'm a PC fella through and through, but I really want to play some 360 games from my edgy teen years, but I've been spoiled with 144 FPS, so 25-30 FPS looks like a powerpoint presentation, and Xenia really leaves a lot to be desired.

Whether you want a PS5 or not is beside the point. The main point is that the Xbox is completely pointless if you own a PC, so either get a PS5 or don't bother

I mean, for me it does, I’m waiting for the support to get better so I can stick linux on it and see if I can play pc games on it.
It’s really just a matter of me being a handheld fag without even knowing it, handhelds in general are fucking great, it’s not switch in particular, though switch is the most capable handheld and the hacking scene is pretty good.
As for resolution, I’m playing the 3ds and emulating psp on the switch, and it’s great, graphics are overrated.
I was strictly PC only for almost 20 years, and if I can play a game on a handheld now, I will. It would take a MASSIVE increase in quality for me to do it on PC instead, and I don’t have a machine nor a monitor good enough to facilitate that anyway, I’m talking a fuckhueg screen at 4k and maximum possible settings.
The only real downside for me is the very limited selection of games compared to PC.
Also note that I live in a big house with a big yard and have like 5 completely seperate places where I can play games in great comfort on a handheld, it’s probably not much of a draw if you’re in a one room apartment.

I'm probably not gonna get one but I'd like to support it somehow anyway as it's clearly trying to transition console gamers into a more PC like experience or into PC gamers, which is a good thing.
