No one would. Only a fraction of PS4 owners played this game and only about 10% got past the first boss. It wouldn't be worth the investment. But despite all that some reason people want to keep it exclusive.

See Bloodborne is the type of exclusive targeted exclusive at a specific type of sony hardcore fan. It doesn't matter that it didn't sell 10 million copies. It sold well enough on its own + it will get those hardcore types to buy the PS5 from very early on and invest in the console in the future.
