China, like South Korea and SEA are more PC and mobile markets.
China and Russia are growing, and Chinas wages are getting so high factories are already eyeing other countries to switch to.

A lot of competition in entertainment media, most obvious one is mobile games. It generates more revenue and highly accessible to every demographic.

PS2 hit the figures it did because it's hardware became very cheap to produce later in it's lifespan, allowing it to be sold to the third world en masse. Even the nogs in Africa have PS2s.
