This. The developers still haven't fixed the fucking projectile system or implementing a range finder for ads. I mean rising Storm 2 is light years ahead and it's not even meant to be as realistic.

i wish the devs addressed the metagame first before the animations. people like to complain about the animations but i think they are serviceable for what they are. i wish the next update would address that instead because the stealth garrisons are a much bigger problem and that should have taken priority over animations.

it leans into more RO2 but wait until the next update which should be like 6-8 weeks from now. that will include the new animation system and maybe some other stuff.

RS2/RO2 are literal corridor games. They're like Day of Defeat but with extra pixel hunting.

That's my point though - I know where the enemy is going to be coming from and I like the low TTK.
I tried Post Scriptum or Squad and it's like you can get destroyed by some pixel you never saw miles away from any direction because of how open the maps are
