Why can't they just introduce the powerups sooner and have the sections involving the powerups play a role later in the game. Spyro 2 still has decent level design and even if you have to do a few minigames youre still playing spyro
Spyro 3 goes full retard with terrible alternate characters and awful minigames that are completely divorced from the real gameplay
