Would a Mia game work?

Yes

Mia is the most based attorney, prove me wrong

why'd she have to die bros. it should have been maya

>it should have been maya
hey come on
I do wish we'd have gotten her for a bit longer, but it's fine. The anime actually did a real cute flashback Kurain village episode (with her, Maya, and Pearl).

Yeah, it's called Trials and Tribulations. It's one of the best in the series.

Still waiting for a Franziska game.

Wasn't the 3rd game basically Mias game?

>one short case and one shorter case
c'mon, you know what i meant

Given what we've seen of her, there's no particular reason why it wouldn't work. But it really couldn't use any established characters except Grossberg and maybe some side characters, as all of the prosecutors were undefeated before Phoenix. It also couldn't really delve more into channeling style cases since the trilogy had plenty of those. So there's not much that could clearly differentiate it like the AAI or DGS games.

I imagine you'd have Diego or some new sidekick (kinda like AAI or SOJ did) - I'm not thinking "new series", but more "a way to continue the mainline". I'd be fine if SoJ is the last one chronologically.

WHEN THE FUCK IS THE REST OF DGS2 AAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Wow, somehow forgot about Diego. Yeah, I suppose they could develop that relationship more, although they don't like to reference serious characters from older games generally.

The only way to "continue the mainline" with Mia is to make it a prequel. But DGS has the benefit of being able to start from scratch with a new setting. It would be harder to do that with Mia. Also, admit it, the series will never go back to Mia now that it has Athena, which it already underutilizes.

>Diego Armando: Ace Attorney investigations
>About rebuilding his life after his sentence ends
>His mask has different features
>Some kind of conspiracy involving Grossberg

What does Athena have to do with Mia? An Athena game would be nice too, but they're polar opposites character-wise.

Why is newbie Mia so much hotter than mentor Mia?

>mask has different features
DOES IT MAKE HIM NOT DEAD LMAO

Athena is the series' female lead now. Mia's story is done; she's achieved solace with her mom, her nemesis, and her lover. I get what you're saying, but realistically Athena is who they'd focus on next.

Why did they kill her off so quick? Barely got to know her and theres little porn

I keep hearing all this shit about Godot being dead but I’ve never seen it, in fact, in the discussion about him after the last trial, Phoenix mentions “the man who saved Maya is going to jail because of me” while blaming himself for being unable to save Godot

All murderers are executed in Japanifornia. Well, at least in the trilogy.

>Design a good looking and perky cake
>Gets a bad end before she even does anything
Mia doesn’t deserve to be so unnoticed.

I mean, even then the only ones mentioned as death sentence were Dahlia and that one serial killer in Rise from the Ashes, both of which were multiple time killers

I feel like it's implied that Manfred was also executed. But that's fair.

I think the evidence people like to use is the final picture of T&T that shows the main cast all together, and then Mia, Misty, and Godot together, implying that they are all in the same place.

Easy.
Expand on her relationship with Godot.
More stuff on the Fey family in general.
The Mia cases were easily the best part of AA3
he was already dying, him waking up from his coma was basically a miracle

>All murderers are executed in Japanifornia. Well, at least in the trilogy.

Frank Sawhit gets penal servitude instead of the rope, according to Investigations 2

Please no, no more Fey shenanigans. They already have multiple cases from the trilogy, and even parts of AA6.

Mia's whole thing was escaping her family and finding/redeeming her mother through becoming an attorney. They couldn't complete that arc because AA3 already did it.

Shit, you're right.

As someone mentioned, you couldn't really use any of the established prosecutors aside from Payne because they were undefeated or didn't exist then, so it'd rely on a mostly new cast, and AA already has a ton of characters as is. There's also nothing to really do with her. Every aspect of her as a character has essentially been explored.

Aside from how the devs seem to have some agenda against big breasted women, given that almost all of them are murderers?

She's too OP. She already pops up via Maya enough to guide Phoenix to the answer. If she were actually around then Phoenix wouldn't have to do any work. There'd be no game.

I’d agree that’s a good piece of evidence to lean to that, Manfred is a strange situation.
Namely JFA seems to imply that Von Karma is still alive, namely that when Gumshoe says “Von Karma” is prosecuting, Phoenix is taken aback that “they’d let him prosecute.”
Narratively, Von Karma is probably the weirdest loose end of the series. Manfred was intended to be nothing but the antagonist of the first game, yet his perfectionism is the entire basis of Franziska’s arc, yet she almost seems indifferent to his fate despite being the very person she modeled herself after.
It’s nothing series breaking but as a result, even in the AAI games, Franziska is developing as a character and slowly becoming less perfectionist, yet at the same time things that should be addressed about her character like her borderline childhood indoctrination are just left floating there
