This is confusing so I'll try to clear it up. The writer for that OST was Mamoru Samuragochi. Mamoru Samuragochi was famously known for being a deaf composer, however it was revealed in Feburary 2014 that he wasn't actually deaf, and all of Mamoru Samuragochi's music was written by Takashi Niigaki. Takashi Niigaki ghost wrote for Mamoru for 18 years.

Actually terrible taste. Cibo Matto is top-tier.
