Anyone born after the year 2000 should be legally put down

What?

There's no shame in acknowledging these things and moving on.

>do just enough damage so his posture doesn't regenerate too fast (wich is around 70% if i recall correctly)
>then just parry and spam attack until he deflects.

can't give you any advice on prosthetics since i didn't really use any of them

He's just an old man losing his mind. Ignore him, and don't give up, it's not that hard.

>get this far
>not the game for me
okay

keep trying, it's a very different kind of boss battle.
Owl is very defensive, you want to pressure him as much as possible. If you're playing perfectly, it'll feel like an even fight.

Just use mortal blade

>you died to a video game boss so you should be euthanized
go outside

Just attack when he's open and dodge when he's attacking lol

They are RUINING MY FUCKING HOBBY.

really? i think genichiro is harder than him

this guy probably took me 50-60 tries the first time. You have to "enjoy" the struggle of learning bosses and getting closer each time, which makes eventually beating them epic. If you're really stuck, watch someone else beat him on youtube a couple times for inspiration.

>10 times
>I think Sekiro isn't a game for me.
Not with that fucking pussy bitch attitude it fucking isn't.

ALSO, don't listen to the liars that try to tell you "I beat him third try!" because they are very likely full of shit.

I beat Ornstein and Smough on my sixth try. I was not overlevelled.

Man, I have a 500 word essay due on Monday.... how the fuck am I going to pass English now?

I am skeptical of ANYONE who would tell me it took less than 10 tries to beat this guy first try. I would estimate the average to be like 30-40 tries.

Thats not necessarily true, I lost to guardian ape a million times but beat the 2 apes on my first try. Sometimes people get lucky.

beating a souls boss 6th try is way more believable than beating a sekiro boss 6th try. Souls has different mechanics and your build could have been perfect for that fight in particular.

>it isn't for me
Losers say this. Nothing is made for you. You have to adapt to the situation in order to succeed.

dude that's completely different, you learned the ape move set while fighting the guardian ape a million times.

this, I beat owl within 5 tries I think, genichiro took way longer. Ape was very hard, but I did 2 apes first try

This fight is what almost broke me too. I bought the game at release, thought I'd never get past Genichiro, ended up making him an hero in about five attempts, then ran into this fucker like a brick wall. I dropped the game for months, but ended up going back and it just clicked for me. Trust me user, the game gets easier once you get past him because you will be better, you'll understand the game. Don't give up, it's worth it. Then you'll get to the end and die a thousand times to Isshin, but it's cool

The thing is, afaik every single boss in Sekiro has a prosthetic tool that they're very very susceptible too.

rookie numbers. 2nd owl fight is way harder, hes tough bc you cant break his posture, you just have to whittle his hp down. every fight in the game is just being agro and staying in their facing, swinging twice, reacting to their attack, and chasing them. you only want to be far away when they use a certain attack or you need to heal

I beat Gwyn first try.

i really did beat owl on my like 4th try
hes not even that hard compared to the ape

creenge

Don't give up. I found this to be the hardest boss, his fight is a bit different from most others. I can't give any specific tips because it's been awhile since I've played it, but just keep trying and familiarize yourself with his moveset

>Coach my coworker's kid through all of Sekiro
>Every single area and boss up to this
>He decides to puss out and take the Asura ending
>Can't even beat Isshin

So did I and everyone else. 2ape is easy because you mastered the fight of 1ape.

It's different because the tools are far less cheesy than certain builds. For example, pulling out a straight sword, which is every boss weakness in DaS3.

Your advice must suck.

You can absolutely break owl father's posture
I can't imagine how long a vit kill would take because I just lay into him

Bro it’s literally just memorization lol. Imagine if the game actually demanded you be creative to win
