i remember renting dmc1, not being able to figure out how to beat the spider boss, and writing it off as a bad game. fast forward to the release of the trilogy on pc and the first time ive touched dmc1 since then, and i discover that yes, it is indeed a bad game.
its truly a miracle that a series could start with 2 of the biggest aaa stinkers ive ever played could end up including 3 of my favorite action games of all time.
