That’s just your opinion, SEGA & Bandai Namco are my 2 favorite publishers because they consistently make games I enjoy. Especially SEGA, they have been on a roll with me in recent years. Yakuza 3 censorship aside, they are pretty based. Don’t even care about Sonic, mania was cool, but that was my first Sonic game since adventure on DC.

Yes. Microsoft is irrelevant outside America, and they've effectively given up on going solely console, so all their games are also on PC - which further alienates them outside the country since Japan has almost no PC scene.
Nintendo and Sony aren't really in direct competition with each other. Nothing Sony can do will win over Nintendo fans, and nothing Nintendo does will lose them even a modicum of support. So there's room for a third to actually compete in the console market.
