Still the best TPS stealth shooter ever

i played these games as a kid but i forgot everything except the beginning of the washington dc level because that was the demo and i replayed it 100 times before the game came out
was there some meme about every villain in 2 ending with -er

God, I remember buying combat ops too and making levels and playing against the same 8 people even though I had COD:BO

For some reason the gameplay reminded me of mdk.

Kinda glad that Syphon Filter lived through another game, but would love to see Gabe and Lian again

Gabe and Lian were mentioned in documents to still be tracking down a solution for the virus so hold out hope that maybe, just maybe, they'll show up in DAYS GONE 2.

another great game but not very similar apart from being a TPS where the camera is rigidly locked behind your character.

This was my shit growing up. Loved that Moscow club level with the music. If i remember correctly it sounded like The Man Who Sold the World. I could never beat Chance so i didnt see the ending. i wouldnt even know how to do that its so inhumanly gay. he cleaned up his act in 3 though

So the cutscene music sounds more like "Dancing Queen" but when the level starts it gets really great. Also I dont remember the voice acting being this bad but thats okay.

Fucking Christ man, I didn't even know they were the same studio.

Might have to check that one out if they actually added anything from SP.

My cousins and I loved all the PS games, we would often say "Theresa.. damn it" whenever we fucked something up, since were retarded kids and we associated it with all the times we failed that fucking mission.

It's one of the few games I had a lot of fun fucking around in. Very impressive for the time and criminally underrated.

Should I play them on my PSP/Vita or emulate them on PCSX2?

Emulate them unless you can get it for cheap.

I tried looking around for a copy on decent shape of the PSP games and came up empty handed.

I'm gonna torrent them either way.
I personally prefer playing on the go but not sure if PS2 versions are better or not
