They have nice designs and really cool and unique moveset potential, though I get the feeling like they'd be really hard to play if they adapted their fighting style using Legions well.

Any character with a Monado, Persona or Pokémon swapping like mechanic is probably going to be oppressive as fuck.

They wouldn't be my first choice, but if it happened, I'd be all for it.

That would be great, they’re my number 1 choice for first party characters. Being spirited away isn’t helping their case though. Really hope that the alt would wind up being the civvies rather than RAVEN gear since it pleases my /fa/g tastes, but that’s unlikely

Why not both? Normal uniform boy/girl, civvies boy/girl, raven boy/girl, lappy. That's seven, so room for one more color

Pretty happy honestly. It was a good game, and it would be a good indicator that Nintie is going to keep up with the promised sequels.
The gimmicky nature of the character would be pretty refreshing, basically a Rosalina where the Luma is the more powerful half of the team.

I would prefer Wonder Red but the astral chain twins are cool too.

I'd be mostly surprised since they got Spirits earlier this year, but I'd still be down for it. Their designs are rad and they could have a really interesting playstyle.

I'm not in the "spirits deconfirm" camp, but I just think Akira'd be the easier choice since the protag already has spirits. Both that and itd actually make sense to give them a Raven color swap.
