Except if a black person has an interaction with a cop there is a much higher chance that the officer will not handle the situation as fairly as they would with a white person. That's the entire point. People are being killed in police custody instead of being given their day in court. They don't even get arrested they just get murdered. Can you imagine your mother getting pulled over for running a stop sign and then being shot and killed for it?
