A pretty good, pretty short VN with good body horror and an interesting message. It was my first VN after Katawa Shoujo and what really got me into the genre. It also gets quite a few people into the genre as well.
You should enjoy it if you like body horror and depressing topics. It's not super fucking retarded confusing like Muv-Luv is with info dumps or really cliche like fucking Magical Marriage Lunatics.

Despite being relatively short for a VN, it had me at the edge of my seat the whole time. Ir's really good at conveying the emotions of the characters, and it sets up and maintains and atmosphere of uncertainty, confusion, and discomfort. My only complaint is the sex scenes, which were hot by kind of ruined the mood. Lastly, the soundtrack is very good, even as standalone songs - I still jam to Savage and the two ending songs every once in a while.
Overall, easily one of the best VNs I've ever read.
