Just use cheats lmao

Watch speedruns, you will get rid of backlog in no time.

>set game on Easy
>enjoy it way more
l-lads, have I become casul?

>play vidya

>Get put on heavy duty antidepressants
>Only way I can play games now is easy mode

feels bad man

>rushing through a game just to get it finished rather than taking the time to enjoy it fully

It was over before it began, user

Being worried about working through your backlog instead of just picking things up and enjoying them.
I'm sorry but you have lost your soul.

If you're not having fun, then why bother?

no such thing as rushing a game

weak bait

having a backlog ended up feeling like having a list of chores to me. just play whatever you want whenever you want.

>backlog with over 150 games
I'm not buying anymore games no matter how cheap they get until I cleared my backlog.

user, just stop playing video games. Read books, draw, exercise, just put games down for a while and come back when you have the urge to play for the sake of playing instead of ticking off a list.

>Stopped playing videogames because it is easier to not play than get through my backlog

>playing games for anything but the urge to play a game

you're doing it wrong. Don't let having nothing to do be a reason for you to play video games. Take a walk or read a book or do some work, only when you get the urge to play during one of these activities, play. It'll far more fulfilling and enjoyable.

Getting close to cheat engine-ing my way through some JRPGs so I can move the fuck on. It happens.

You are just mad someone reaches goals faster than you, even if those goals are pathetic as fuck

>Backlog is entirely early access games
>Waiting for release before I play any
>They'll probably all be shit or never release

>Don't let having nothing to do be a reason for you to play video games.
I bet a lot of people like OP are in that position because they buy a ton of cheap games during holiday sales, to the point where they're buying stuff because it seems like a good value instead of something they're actually wanting to play. And then they have a long list of games they feel invested in but don't really want to play.

>Getting close to cheat engine-ing my way through some JRPGs so I can move the fuck on.

Do it, those crafty nips designed their games like that for a reason

>Have a hundred unfinished games that i want to finish
>When i do get back to one i have to start from the beginning because i forgot what happened
>Drop it again after a while
Why am i like this bros...

just watch a speed run and set the timer to x1.75 for even faster run, you don't even need to play it yourself just watch it, it's the same experience

If you forgot the beginning, watch a walkthrough on 2x speed.

enjoy powerfantasy in the moment, but look back on it feeling only emptiness

you keep trying to play games that you aren't really enjoying

I also playing through my backlog but have never considered playing on Easy, or Medium even. Huh...

Comes with age. As you decline, different things will interest you.
The challenge of a videogame become tedium, new women arent attractive, new men are annoying. You will reflect on how you wasted your life playing video games, only to buy a new game to distract yourself with while playing on easy.

>jrpgs
there's your problem

Stream it

>new women arent attractive, new men are annoying
>new
whatever u say normalfag

try that while also being a completionist who keeps setting up unnecessary challenges for himself

Hardest if i enjoy the combat
Normal if i hate the combat

I only play it when I feel like it, and if the game is good, challenging and enjoyable, I'll play a lot. Last month I took the time to finally beat Dark Souls and Cuphead, and holy shit I was playing 30+ hours per week, it literally rekindle the vidya flame for me. Also, stop buying cheap games on sales, unless you're interested in the game, you shoudn't really buy it, it's better to pay 30 dollars for a game you will enjoy than pay 5$ for six games you will only finish out of obligation. I learned this lesson the hard way, over 100 games on my steam account for years and only now I manage to finish like 80% of them, the other 20% are multiplayer/coop.

But i do enjoy them, I just get distracted by another game that i hear is good

Mate, maybe one day but right now I'm ambitious, clever and between a rock and a hard place and I lack confidence, friends and women but apart from that I'm really great

I'm also 7/10 looks-wise
