Is this the drumming dude from Whiplash?
You never know what another arisen may do with your pawn. Maybe nothing but ass slappings.
>beats ur game as MA only without minmaxing stat gains
Reminder if you make a female pawn instead of a midget or hulk man you're gay.
I fire up DDDA sometimes just to take a stroll, I find it relaxing.
>be me a few days ago
>late night, laying in bed
>randomly wandering around the cliff edges around the blue moon tower area
>believe I've seen everything, done it all long ago
>pawn suddenly triggers a voiceline I've never heard before
>something along the lines of "I wonder what lies beyond the horizon, I hope we one day find out, master"
fucking broke my heart bros
her ass is made to be slapped
is that Trent Reznor?
Baste.
I hope you summoned Kimmy last month, Zig Forums.
I love all the lines referencing the tower in the distance. I bet bluemoon was going to be the infinite tower as some weird restoration state later on.
I've never did what you did so that's surprising. I love how it's based on a coast.
This game is heavily influenced by the Jurassic coast, Dorset, England. I'm very honoured to have visited it and it's given me a newfound respect for the game.
>without min maxing
Whao, what a challenge that must have been. Are you sure you didnt level as mage 0-1000? Because you are missign aout on that high stat growth which will give you a +0 advantage when fighting dimon.
I have over 400+ hours in this game and this week I found a named cave I have never found before. There was nothing in it besides a singe mining node but holy shit I was excited, I thought I had known every location on the map but I was wrong
>want to make a mini Feste clone with jester's outfit and a pair of bloody knuckles
>still want RC
one day
Make a pact with Ur so that not even a wish upon the regular Dragon would allow an Arisen to touch my pawn ever again. Become meta dimensional Daimon kidnapping any who would summon my pawn into the great challenge gambit where only the strongest and most pure could ask get assistance while the rest perished dooming multiple cycles to ruin in the act.
You can just grind RC. I never get rents and I haven't cared about them for years. At least losers here would hire a bareknuckle feste.
Make sure that he's a strider because that's the strongest raw class (due to hidden augments)
that's neat, was it the one on the unusual beach, near the cassardis gate?
So beautiful. I never really loved much about my country til I seen this place at the ripe old age of 30.
Nope, it was near the bandit fortress by the witchwood. I forget the name of the cave now but the river that runs next to the ruined fortress into the sea has a cave behind a waterfall at its source. Pretty sure that's the last named location on the map I've never found but my pawn still only has 2 knowledge stars for gransys so who knows
Make another account and family share the game with it so you can have multiple saves and give yourself endless rc by hiring your own pawns
Of course, our friend himself.
>load the game up and make two fatass dwarfs one black and one white
>take my time and do lots of side quests this playthrough, do all the escort quests and discover things i never knew like the fact that assasin quest has an ending.
>tried magic knight and magic archer and had lots of fun against undead enemies
>was able to complete BBI both times
>finally watch as my fat black dwarf becomes a redheaded dwarf during the ending, forever dooming him from one minority to another with SIMONE as the girl who comes to the beach for him
I forgot how happy this game makes me. I cant wait to come back in two years to play again
I like DD but it's no masterwork.
>SIMONE
Based Lupuposter
Spent all day yesterday performing some black magic no-cliping, trying to find some dev secrets. Discovered a walkable patch of grass on top one of the mountains near the feminist bandits, there's no way to get there legitimately, the whole area is surrounded by insta-kill triggers, there's nothing there but it gives a pretty good view over Gransys
Take any screens?
Daily reminder that you can play catch with your pawn using live rats
dumb mutt
I wonder if they intended to put something up there, most out of bounds areas have a slide trigger but this place is completely walkable, it even spawns grass sprites
I also made it so simone lives in the sewers with that black guy who hunts salvation.
where my /demonswrath/ bros at?
>perfect block 3 times to full charge it
>third perfect block knocks enemy to the ground
>perfectly lined up for full charge demonswrath release
>instant 3 bars of health damage with the most satisfying audio hit feed back
part of me wanted to start making webms of my favourite move but it doesn't look nearly as satisfying in video without the audio feedback
Fuck you too Senny.
Going by the dev docs presented at GDC

You where suppose to do a bunch of stuff further into the game to unlock a hang glider. Which I assume would mean more of the mountains being accessible.
The final game we got is still missing half the overworld, and a lot of other stuff.
I guess portcrystals turned into a stopgap measure for people replaying once they released Dark Arisen.
Did you end up getting attached to your pawn?
>Demonswrath (final knockback) 0 6666 0% 0% 600% 600% Dark
Huh
Thats pretty good actually. 600% shield damage + 600% base + 6666?
I wish Lash for Warrior was 125% + 125% physical.
And Arc at the least got 180% + 180% to give it scaling.
I did
But then I started a NG playing as only Arisen + Pawn.
Then the pawn decided to climb a dragon in random circles wasting his infinite climb stamina.
I really can't stress how well the game covers up the brain damage of the pawns by giving you 3 of them, and they cooperate decently.
Even more so for Fighter + Strider/Ranger + Sorcerer/Mage
Most of them, yes, especially the later ones where I figured out how pawns work a bit more and they got better at doing their stuff.
I get attached to all the pawns i come across. I dont really like having to change them out if they work well.
I'm attached to "them" as in the pawn I built and all the knowledge I've taught them, but I change their looks whenever I feel like it including their gender so I'm not really attached to their "person" I guess
I've had 3 runs and never did one without a healer pawn.
How do you guys do this?
Greenwarish is one hell of a drug
don't get hit. you're entirely capable of dodging/blocking every move in the game if you're good enough, and you can rest at inns between missions to top up
Carry healing consumables. Anodyne is convenient as an after battle recovery thing, but it's hardly mandatory in BBI.
Same for me. Can't go without a mage AND a sorcerer, at least in BBI or late in the main game. Which limits my options when I and my pawn are supposed to play red and yellow vocations.
>tfw the cutscene where you kill yourself as God and fall from heaven while your pawn is desperately trying to catch your dead body, screaming master
