Koda is basically confirmed. He's already in the game in multiple ways, they probably just didn't want more than one Neo-Saban rep per season. I'm sure he'll be fun. Psycho Red is based, make him the Ginyu function.
I've heard the Switch version will occasionally crash but I've played it and it's otherwise the same as the other versions. The game has crossplay across all consoles & PC so you'll have access to the full playerbase online.

At the very least Toei are making some moves to bring Kamen Rider to the US. In the last few months we've gotten official streaming releases of the original 71 series, Shin Kamen Rider Prologue, and Kamen Rider Kuuga. They're still likely not in the market for another Masked Rider/Dragon Knight situation, but they're definitely testing the waters for something.

Last month, they put the entire show up on Shout TV and Tubi TV on May 1st. The only problem is the show has Gurongi subs with no option to turn them off, but apparently this was something required in the licensing agreement.

I haven't seen people call Koragg a Vergil. I guess he's a blue swordsman with a red counterpart in his season but that's about it.
Besides Quantum Ranger, the other Vergil is Jungle Fury Wolf, because RJ's actor went on to voice Vergil in the reboot.

As someone who watched it with the extra subs first honestly I don't really feel like it takes away from much, and given how many scenes are just the Gurongi talking among themselves for minutes on end I can see why they chose not to risk alienating a modern audience without them.
